Gift Lane is a gifting concierge that helps busy humans find thoughtful presents quickly. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you use the concierge form, you might share:

• Who the gift is for (e.g. “my sister, 32, new mum”)
• The occasion (birthday, Christmas, baby shower, etc.)
• Your rough budget

This information is used only to generate gift suggestions. We don’t ask for, or need, sensitive personal details.

3. How we use your information

Your form details are securely sent to our AI assistant to create tailored suggestions. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Cookies & analytics

We may use basic analytics (for example, which pages are viewed most often) to understand how people use Gift Lane. This is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

5. Affiliate links

Some gift suggestions may include affiliate links. If you buy something through one of those links, the retailer may pay Gift Lane a small commission. This happens at no extra cost to you, and we don’t receive your payment details or account information.

6. Data security

We take reasonable steps to keep information secure and to limit access to what’s needed to run the site. However, no internet service can ever be guaranteed 100% secure.
